Production Workflow

Consultation & Quote

Send us your inquiry, product list, or technical drawings. We provide a detailed FOB invoice, including volume calculations and estimated lead times.

Sampling & Approval

For custom designs, we produce a counter-sample or detailed 3D rendering for your approval to ensure the final product meets your exact expectations before mass production.

Manufacturing & QC

Production typically takes 8-10 weeks depending on volume and complexity. Our QC team strictly inspects materials, construction (white wood), and finishing.

Shipping & Documentation

We manage container stuffing and trucking to the port. All original export documents are sent via courier immediately after vessel departure.
