We manufacture to your exact specifications. From technical drawings to material selection, we bring your designs to life under your brand. Counter-samples or detailed 3D renderings before mass production.

Export-standard packaging using corrugated paper and foam protection, optimized for container space and product safety. Every piece wrapped, corner-guarded, and labeled before it leaves the workshop.

Legal compliance.
Full SVLK (V-Legal) certification and Harvested Plantation Statements provided for every shipment to ensure smooth customs clearance. The paperwork is part of the product, not a follow-up email.

Global logistics.
We handle competitive freight arrangements for Full Container Loads (FCL) to major ports worldwide (USA, Europe, Asia, Middle East). Container stuffing managed on our end, original documents couriered the day the vessel sails.

workflow.
- 01Consultation & quote
Send us your inquiry, product list, or technical drawings. We provide a detailed FOB invoice, including volume calculations and estimated lead times.
- 02Sampling & approval
For custom designs, we produce a counter-sample or detailed 3D rendering for your approval to ensure the final product meets your exact expectations before mass production.
- 03Manufacturing & QC
Production typically takes 8–10 weeks depending on volume and complexity. Our QC team strictly inspects materials, construction (white wood), and finishing.
- 04Shipping & documentation
We manage container stuffing and trucking to the port. All original export documents are sent via courier immediately after vessel departure.
