What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and destination. For most stocked collections we work in 20-piece units per item; for fully custom production, MOQs are typically one 40' FCL. We will confirm exact MOQ against your project brief and proposed shipping date.

Can you produce bespoke designs from our drawings?
Yes. We offer full OEM services. Send us technical drawings or moodboards; we respond with a counter-sample or detailed 3D render for approval before mass production. Lead times run 8–10 weeks after sample approval.

Which Indonesian timbers do you work with?
Three are stocked: Teak (Tectona grandis), Mahogany (Swietenia), and Mindi (Melia azedarach). All are sourced exclusively from SVLK-registered plantations. We can also source suar and other species for specific briefs.

What is SVLK and why does it matter?
SVLK (Sistem Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu) is Indonesia's timber legality verification system, also known internationally as V-Legal. Every shipment leaves our workshop with a Harvested Plantation Statement matching the SVLK certificate. Without it, your customs broker cannot clear Indonesian timber through most major ports.

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship full container loads (FCL) to most major ports in the US, EU, Asia, and the Middle East. We handle container stuffing in-house and courier original documents the same day the vessel sails. LCL shipments are possible but quoted separately.

What are your payment terms?
For first orders we operate on a 30% T/T deposit with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading. Returning clients may request extended terms (50/50 or net-30) after a successful first container.

Can I visit the workshop?
Yes — by appointment. Most of our wholesale partners visit at least once before placing their first order, and we host them at the workshop for a day on the floor. Schedule a visit via the contact form.

Do you provide finishing samples or color swatches?
We send out finish samples (small boards) on request once a project brief is established. Custom finishes are quoted as a separate line against the brief.

What is your sample and counter-sample policy?
Standard sample pieces from the ready catalog are supplied at cost. Bespoke counter-samples (a one-off piece built to your drawing) are quoted per project; the cost is rebated against the first production order.

How do you handle quality control?
Every piece is inspected at the white-wood (pre-finish) stage and again after finishing. Pieces that miss are reworked — not shipped. We photograph the QC line for each production batch and share on request.
